Please complete the booking form with details including car options, start/end dates and submit it. Our reservation staff will send you the total price along with inclusions for you to be reviewed and approved. Price quoted when making reservation is final and there are no additional costs.

A down payment of 1 (one) day's rental fee or a minimum of US$ 25 (whichever is greater) is required upon booking. Payment link is available upon request.

Payment of the remaining rental balance, we accept cash or debit card, credit card (Visa and MasterCard) upon pick up of your car.

You can pick up your car as soon as you arrive at the airport (International & Domestic terminal pick-up area). To meet our representative staff, when passing the arrival exit gate (after immigration clearance), simply look for a holding sign showing your name. When met our representative staff, they will immediately assist you to the car parking area to hand over your car process.

1. Dexlite/Pertamina Dex fuel for Chevrolet Captiva (diesel engine).
2. Pertamax or Pertamax Turbo fuel for other cars (gasoline engine). Renter must ONLY fill-up fuel at any authorized fuel stations (SPBU PERTAMINA).

Note: If you rent a car that include driver service, fuel costs are included.
